• The number of customers affected
• Estimated time for restoration
• The cause of the outage, if known
• Status of the repair crews on-site

The outage maps utilize color-coded symbols to effectively illustrate the extent of service disruptions and their locations, underscoring Hydro One's commitment to ensuring customers have access to critical information when they need it. This functionality is now conveniently available on the go.
